Privacy Policy
ReplenRun is a truck-stock inventory service made by NorthPoint Innovations, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy covers the ReplenRun mobile app, the admin panel at replenrun.com/app, and the replenrun.com website.
The short version: we collect only what it takes to run your company's truck stock. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and the mobile app has no tracking or analytics.
Who controls your data
ReplenRun is a business tool. If your employer gave you a ReplenRun account, your employer (the "Company") controls its account and the data in it, and we process that data on the Company's behalf. Questions about your work data are best sent to your Company's ReplenRun admin first.
What we collect

Camera: the app uses your camera only to read barcodes while you are scanning. Images are processed on your phone and are never saved or uploaded.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or browsing activity outside ReplenRun.
How we share it
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only:
- Within your Company: admins and managers can see the stock and logbook entries of the users in their company.
- With service providers who run parts of ReplenRun for us: Google Firebase / Google Cloud (sign-in, database, hosting, push notifications), Stripe (payments) and Resend (account invitation emails). They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our users or the public.
- If the business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.
How long we keep it
We keep a Company's data while its account is active. The logbook is a permanent record, so entries can't be edited or deleted while the account is active. When a Company closes its account, we delete its data within 90 days, except billing records we must keep for tax and legal reasons.
Deleting your account or data
- Employees: ask your Company's ReplenRun admin to remove you. You'll lose access right away. Entries you made stay in your Company's logbook as part of its business records.
- Company owners: email us to close your account and have your company's data deleted.
- Anyone can email greg@northpointinnovations.com to ask what data we hold about them, or to correct or delete it. We'll answer within 30 days. If your account belongs to a Company, we may need its approval first.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on Google Cloud. Each Company's data is kept separate, and access is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected Companies of any breach as the law requires.
Children
ReplenRun is a workplace tool for adults. It is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. For significant changes, we'll also notify Company admins.
